There is nothing any true American of this age has to say further than what our Founders already make clear. In the improvement of our Blessed Republic, many forms of governance were considered, not the least of which was autocratic rule. Fortunately... It has been the maintenance and propagation of our example that has maintained, defended, and altered other representative governments of free people nearby the globe. As we have seen, not even those men and women entrusted to our protection and prosperity bother to read the text of legislation that will so deeply affect all our lives. We the citizens of this Great country have no idea of the decisions being made on our behalf in the halls of Congress. The law has been corrupted to the point that the "Checks and Balances" law possible in our government is deteriorating. The Judiciary Branch, under the guise of "applying" law is creating law and, they are proud of it! The administrative subject has seen fit to justify that is able to found governmental systems surface the purview of the other two. And, finally, Congress has turned into a gaggle of self curious narcissists without the, as we Hispanics say, Cojones to live up to their responsibilities.

A republic creates a representative government which then relies on the integrity of the elected to act with fiduciary responsibility toward their constituents. This integrity has been eroding over the last fifty to seventy years, and, it involves both parties. We as citizens have played an leading part in this. during the last election (with one of the top turnouts) it is estimated that there were greater than two hundred million (200,000,000) eligible voters. Sixty nine million (69,000,000) elected the president, about one third (1 in 3) of the total. This is a "mandate"? during congressional and senate elections even less take the time to make a choice; many development that selection based on dislike of the incumbent or right party affiliation. Let's wake up America! Because they have no real interest in working out the solution, legislation is a quagmire of patches and loops all trying to plug a hole somewhere else. Historically, our law has moderated the swells of frenzied legislating because it was designed to make the process slow. This works to our benefit to keep disastrous regulations from destroying our lives. Somehow, the safeguards are being side-stepped and, without any notice let alone meticulous consideration, trillions of dollars have been spent with more being demanded. With that load the government will be forced to "assist" more and more sectors exercising ever addition operate over "the means of production." Hmmm... Sounds very Marxist doesn't it?
There are many crucial issues that need to be resolved but, we must be economical that in demanding and reacting, we do not allow the fabric of our union to be torn asunder. Rather than finding surface it, we and the leaders we have elected should look to the constitutional framework for the answer. Many of the issues we face today existed at the time the document was written. They saw fit to trust the business and perseverance of the American people to build and rebuild. The job of this government is not to impose operate over every decision we make. It is entrusted with providing the protection and stability to allow increase of prosperity. We will not need the government to provide subsistence if they give us the opening to provide for ourselves.
